Growth Marketer – Global Running Company (Part‑time, up to Head of Marketing)
Join Go! Running Tours as a Growth Marketer to lead all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients.
Responsibilities
Own marketing activities for both B2C and B2B clients, continuously seeking new channels and markets.
Plan and execute email marketing strategies, including newsletters, automated flows and data‑driven optimisations.
Lead digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and new platforms, testing, learning and scaling what drives results.
Develop case studies, pursue sponsorship opportunities and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies and destinations.
Collaborate closely with the founder, working remotely with minimal internal meetings and continuous Slack communication.
Maintain a fast‑moving, analytical and creative mindset, executing strategies and driving growth across the company.
Compensation & Contract
USD 1,400 per month.
25 hours per week.
