The Account Executive role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition. What you’ll do
Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.
Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users.
Build strong and effective relationships, creating growth opportunities.
Work closely with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes.
Participate in sales enablement trainings, including Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs.
What you’ll need to bring
5+ years of field experience carrying quota in a fast‑paced, competitive market focused on closing new logos.
Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run a complex sales process.
A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
Skilled in building business champions.
Driven, competitive, and possessing a strong desire to succeed.
Nice to have
Passionate about growing your career.
Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales, Winning By Design).
Familiarity with databases, development, and open‑source technology.
