Senior Scrum Master - Customer Data Ecosystem

We're looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead our customer data ecosystem teams in delivering better care for billions of people around the world. In this role, you will:
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth and efficient workflows and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
* Cultivate Agile principles and practices among team members and ensure adherence to Scrum frameworks.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and communicate requirements clearly.
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices.
* Foster collaboration among team members to empower them to contribute and innovate.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a transformation journey and drive change management through coaching and mentoring. You will also oversee the integration and use of Azure DevOps tools to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience leading teams and promoting Agile methodologies. You should also be proficient in Azure DevOps and have excellent communication skills.
