The Leadership Role in Governance and New Demands is responsible for overseeing new business demands, managing continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring structured prioritization, alignment with stakeholders, and seamless integration into the existing landscape.
* This includes leading the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
* The role will drive enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools, working with business and IT teams to increase efficiency and value delivery.
* Also, ensure smooth transitions from projects to operations, coordinating with functional and technical teams to establish proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
* Act as a bridge between IT and business, ensuring that requirements are well understood and implemented in a structured manner.
* Establish and enforce standardized procedures for demand management, governance, and service transitions.
* Track and report on the efficiency of governance and demand management processes, providing insights to leadership for continuous refinement.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new demands and operational governance.
* Collaborate with external partners to ensure governance best practices are followed in outsourced services.
