Weekend & Holiday Social Media Community Manager
This role oversees weekend and holiday social engagement across Spin Master's family of brands. Key responsibilities include publishing feed/story content, monitoring tags, comments and DMs across platforms, searching flagging and responding to brand mentions, brand keywords and related conversations, responding to timely or high opportunity moments, flagging priority issues trend spikes or approvals as needed.
Key Details:
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: Through December, with potential to extend
* Schedule: ~3 hours/day on Saturdays & Sundays, including specific weekdays: Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve and New Years Day
Requirements:
1. Creative confidence - especially in real-time posting and response, with ability to layout strong and engaging Stories and reposts
2. Excellent written English and social-first copy instincts
3. Fluency in multiple brand voices — from teen-girl trends to heartfelt parental tone to global fan hype
4. Discretion + professionalism — especially for our corporate handle which frequently appears in partnership with high-profile clients
5. Experience in entertainment or toys — with the ability to adapt quickly to brand tone
6. Confidence communicating with leadership — this role sits close to high-visibility work and will occasionally require approvals from senior stakeholders
