Responsibilities
* Support the Brazil Country Manager in driving trading volume and user growth
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, UI, Marketing, Branding) to execute local initiatives effectively.
* Act as the key liaison between HQ and local teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and key stakeholders.
* Track Brazil market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Requirements
* Based in Brazil long-term (São Paulo preferred), with 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
* Background in Finance, Web3, Fintech, E-commerce, Technology, or International Chinese companies preferred.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
* Strong organizational skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
* Demonstrates ambition, entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong commitment to career growth in Brazil.
