Overview
Sales Engineering Delivery Manager (Middle/Senior) ID39657 at AgileEngine. This role connects prospective clients with internal teams, leads technical discovery sessions, and translates insights into proposals and deliverables.
Responsibilities
* Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement: Assemble Sales Support Engineering team following internal RACI procedures; lead Technical Discovery calls; demonstrate strong SDLC knowledge from ideation to market release; use consultative questioning to uncover client pain points and business objectives; analyze high-level requirements (timeline, budget, skill needs, risks); deliver clear, persuasive client-facing communications and presentations.
* Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation: Develop dynamic, visually compelling presentation decks and engagement proposals; tailor deliverables to client challenges; integrate technical insights with business strategy to address immediate deliverables and long-term growth.
* Team Buildout & Project Kickoff: Coordinate across Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering; ensure smooth hand-offs from initial engagement to team buildout and kickoff; act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales by translating technical concepts into business terms; maintain a sales/consulting mindset to align proposals with desired business outcomes.

* UX & Presentation Design Acumen: solid UX principles and design thinking; proven ability to create high-quality, visually engaging decks and proposals.
* Technical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge: deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies; ability to discuss technical nuances while prioritizing business impact.
* Analytical & Strategic Thinking: strong ability to synthesize complex information, identify insights, and recommend actionable strategies; balance client objectives with feasibility and business goals.
* Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: experience working across Sales, Engineering, and Recruiting; ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts as deals move toward kickoff.
* Consultative Sales Experience: prior experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting, ideally in a digital software consultancy or similar environment; ability to translate client needs into actionable insights.
* English: Upper-Intermediate
