Digital Commerce Leader
As a key figure in our organization, you will be responsible for spearheading the development, sales, and management of direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales programs and new business projects in Latin America. Your core focus areas will include:
* Sales Enablement: Drive e-commerce capabilities and coordinate strategic initiatives with internal teams or external partners.
* D2C Platform Management: Strengthen exclusive D2C programs in LATAM, including trade-in options, co-branded cards, extended warranties, and installation services.
* New Business Ventures: Design innovative programs based on D2C platforms, such as subscription models and value-added services.
* Customer Retention Program: As an ambassador for our Customer Retention Program in LATAM D2C, engage all subsidiary units in our company's strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a regional/global sell-out strategy by engaging LATAM countries.
* Collaborate with business areas to define the sales strategy for sell-out programs, ensuring alignment with promotional and forecasting plans.
* Maintain financial sustainability while balancing promotional efforts with business profitability.
* Act as a project manager for regional projects focused on accelerating D2C performance.
