This role is part of the Operations team and supports NIIT’s customer(s) in Frankfurt.To deliver outstanding service.We all work together on a common project with part of the team based in India.As a training operations coordinator, you will be reporting to the training operations manager.You will be the key contact point for all local stakeholders, coordinating training session delivery. You will master and oversee all activities within the service.You will work closely and in partnership with the customer’s learning delivery team.Roles & ResponsibilityAnalyze the training needs provided by the Client and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per siteInitiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where requiredOrganize the training sessions according to trainees’ expectations and availability and ensure their proper executionCalibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes / updates in the training event / programSupport completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if requiredFollow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM toolEnsure Learner Support Level 2Experience & Skill2 to 4 years of experience in learning delivery management and / or operationsExposure to an international work environmentHigh-level understanding of the training landscapeCustomer service-oriented posture is a mustTeam playerAbility to communicate clearly and concise thoughtsAttention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activitiesKnowledge of Salesforce or any other CRMKnowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantageFluent in English is a mandatory requirementProficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePointNIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
