POSITION SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analyse, clean and organize raw data from multiple sources
* Model and display data with storytelling back to the business and to the programme team
* Explain and present technical information to non-experts and support and coach users on technologies
* Produce and maintain dashboard reports on project and data migration activity
* Troubleshoot Excel related issues such as macros and linked files
* Carry out ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for related data migration projects
* Create and maintain adhoc and operational reports
* Troubleshoot data migration issues as and when required
EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 2 years working as a Data Analyst
* 2 years experience creating and deploying custom PowerBI dashboards
* Experience working on IT infrastructure projects (desirable)
* Experience working with Microsoft 365 data (desirable)
* Experience working in data migration projects and ETL processes
* Experience developing and maintaining Management Information (MI) reports
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* Business/B2+ Level English
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* High level of numeracy and attention to detail
* Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros/VBA)
* Strong PowerBI (PowerQuery, M, DAX)
* Microsoft Fabric
* Strong analytical and documentation skills
* Python Scripting skills (Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn, Matplotlib)
* PowerShell scripting (desirable)
* SQL skills (desirable)
* Developer skills (desirable)
* Microsoft Dataverse (desirable)
* Microsoft Intelligent Data Platform (desirable)
* Good PowerPoint and presentation skills
* Experience working with IT systems and related projects (desirable)
* Motivated self-starter
* Personable and professional manner
