Lead Generation Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and engagement.
About the Role
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal abilities. You will work closely with our sales teams to develop targeted campaigns, execute cold outreach, and qualify leads to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients globally, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
* Develop personalized messaging and communication strategies to engage with different industries and regions.
* Execute cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations and build relationships with potential clients.
* Qualify leads based on defined criteria, such as industry, need, budget, etc., and book qualified discovery calls or demos for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular updates on outreach performance.
* Optimize lead sourcing and outreach tactics based on data analysis and customer feedback.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, SDR, BDR, or telemarketing roles (preferably in data center, IT, SaaS, or tech services).
* Strong cold calling and digital outreach skills, with experience using email automation tools and project management software.
* Familiarity with global business practices and time zones, with ability to adapt communication style to cultural and business norms.
* Self-driven and consistent in meeting lead generation targets, with bonus points for multilingual abilities.
