Are you a skilled IT recruitment expert looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and evaluating top talent in the technology sector.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong network of contacts, and experience in direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates. If you have a proven track record of success in recruitment, we want to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology industry, including IT knowledge and experience with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems. You will also have a solid grasp of sales support or marketing experience, as well as social media engagement, especially on LinkedIn.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, engage, and evaluate top talent in the technology sector
* Conduct in-depth technical evaluation and assessment of technology candidates
* Participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities
* Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases
* Negotiate selection and present quality talents in a timely manner

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be working closely with recruitment, business development professionals, and clients to source and recruit top talent in the technology sector.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment agencies with full cycle, direct recruiting calls to candidates all the way to presentation to the client
* Very strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
* 2+ years of sales support or marketing experience
* 2+ years of social media engagement, especially on LinkedIn
* IT Knowledge
* Familiar with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Working experience with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems
* 1+ years working with U.S. or Canadian markets
