Job Description
Opportunity: Grow Your Career
Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store areas as needed.
* Model excellent customer experience practices with internal and external customers
* Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
* Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give change following procedures
* Promote credit and loyalty programs
* Follow merchandising standards and process merchandise for the sales floor
* Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
* Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
* Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
* Support shrink reduction initiatives
* Maintain a safe environment through safety awareness
* Perform other duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For: You
* Excellent customer service skills
* Flexible schedule to meet business needs
* Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
* Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations
* Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors
* Retail customer experience preferred
