Responsibilities
* Manage transport companies for vehicle and spare parts operations.
* Coordinate daily transportation planning with Billing, Sales, and Aftersales teams.
* Monitor collections, deliveries, damages, shortages, and returns.
* Validate transport costs before payment processing.
* Handle dealer requests and transportation claims.
* Investigate logistics issues and define corrective actions.
* Develop and present monthly transport and claims KPIs.
* Maintain strong communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle logistics operations.
* Experience dealing with vehicle transport companies and logistics suppliers.
* Knowledge of SAP (MM/SD).
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI.
* Bachelor's degree in related fields.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* Proactive and hands-on profile, able to handle challenging situations.
Location and work-mode:
* 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building, in front of Shopping Morumbi).
