Objective
Enhance the Hub’s operational performance by streamlining manual processes, automating reporting, and building scalable solutions that improve the efficiency of day-to-day workflows. This role focuses on eliminating repetitive tasks and enabling internal teams (Sales, CSMs, PMs) to work more efficiently through automation and systems integration.
This is a long-term role that requires a hands-on, technically capable, and proactive profile with the ability to work independently, identify pain points, and implement high-impact solutions.
Key Workstreams & Focus Areas
* Process Optimization & Automation:
* Identify repetitive and manual tasks that can be automated.
* Develop scripts, automation flows, and system integrations (e.g., APIs with partner CRMs or spreadsheets).
* Automate recurring reporting tasks to improve accuracy and save time.
* Use insights provided by the Hubber to prioritize urgent tasks based on internal team feedback.
* Role Clarification:
* Audit team processes to identify which tasks should be eliminated, automated, or reassigned.
* Create technical solutions to reduce operational inefficiencies.
* Help Desk – Technical Execution:
* Set up and configure the Help Desk in tools like Jira, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
* Build dashboards to monitor key help desk metrics (volume, categories, time to resolution).
* Implement tagging, ticket routing, and auto-responses.
* Use insights and feedback from the Hubber to identify automation opportunities.
* Salesforce Support:
* Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports.
* Automate admin tasks (data entry, alerts, validations).
* Ensure high data quality and process integrity.
Profile Requirements
* Academic Background: Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, or Business with Analytics focus.
* Technical Skills: Python, SQL, APIs, Automation tools (Zapier, Make, custom scripts).
* Soft Skills: Proactive, organized, analytical, autonomous, and passionate about process improvement.
* Tools: Salesforce, Google Workspace, ticketing platforms.
* Languages: Spanish, English (advanced)
