Position description: Customer Experience Internship
Location: Itajubá – MG
Type: In‑person
Working hours: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Main Activities
Assist in organizing aircraft delivery events and customer visits;
Support with satisfaction surveys, data analysis, report creation, dashboards, etc.
Support the management of the HBITJ and HBSP customer rooms (governance, supplies, improvements, etc.).
Assist in other administrative activities in the area.
Mandatory Requirements
Currently enrolled in a college program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related areas;
Intermediate English;
Availability to intern in person (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 1 year;
Interest in learning;
