You will be responsible for the below tasks:Create math data (models) or virtual layouts of very advanced and complex components, systems and subsystemsApplication of design operations and processes (Standard modeling, Clearance Analysis, Vehicle Assembly Structure, Global Data Security, etc.)Apply Design Standards, Best Practices and Global Design infoBOOK StandardsDevelop, refine, and finalize Criteria and Typical SectionsApply manufacturability, Design for Assembly, and integration knowledge to parts, subsystem designs and vehicle integrationComplete, analyze and apply NX Analysis results to solution set for their subsystem / componentsSupport CAE with studies to improve designsActively participate and / or lead design / virtual reviewsYou will document and maintain material, mass, and other part specifications within the Math fileComplete NX Analysis for their subsystem and apply results with support of the DLT or Senior DesignerCollaborate with engineers and designers to achieve product design requirementsIntegrate component and subsystem designs into systemsProactively communicate with Design Manager and Design Leader Technical and Design Responsible Engineer regarding project status, timing, and technical issues.Ensure high quality, on time math release of components and subsystemsActively identify new areas for learning and take advantage of learning opportunitiesStay ahead of current product developments and trends in area of responsibilityAdditional Job Description:Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):Engineering graduation completedExperience and knowledge on software NXRobust experience with modeling of stamped (BIW) and/or injected parts.English from advanced levelActive CREA
