IT Helpdesk SupportMacher Tecnologia is looking for an IT Support professional to be assigned to one of our global customers, providing helpdesk support to the company's employees.Important:Fluent english is mandatory.Candidate must live in Rio de Janeiro, Capital.Previous experience with M365, O365 and its child products (Intune, Defender, Sharepoint, etc) is mandatory.The professional will be required to come to the designated office up to two times per month.This is a Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day, position.Responsibilities:Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issuesTroubleshoot and resolve problems on Windows and macOS systemsManage users and permissions in Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune)Install, configure, and maintain workstations and applicationsWork with IT ticketing systems to track and resolve issuesCommunicate with users via Slack and other support channelsRequirements:Good English communication skills (written and spoken)Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange)Experience working with both Windows and macOSStrong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issuesExperience working with Slack and IT ticketing systemsAbility to think outside the box and solve problems creativelyNice to Have:Experience with ManageEngine or similar toolsFamiliarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.)Basic knowledge of automation tools and processesContracting: CLTPlano de saúde com co-participaçãoVA ou VRSeguro de Vida
