We are looking for a senior hunter to lead B2B sponsorship and partnership sales across Latin America, with a strong focus on Spanish-speaking markets.This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Commercial Manager LATAM, with clear ownership of new logos, strategic accounts, and complex regional deals.What you will do- Build and manage a regional pipeline of sponsorship and partnership opportunities- Drive outbound hunting through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, partners and associations- Lead consultative sales conversations with senior decision-makers and develop tailored proposals- Negotiate commercials, contracts and value-based packages- Develop account plans for key targets across multiple countries- Keep CRM, forecast and next steps fully updated- Higher degree;
