As a Digital Orchestration Director, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the LATAM digital agenda, both globally and locally. Your efforts will ensure seamless progress tracking, impactful outcomes, and the integration of a comprehensive digital learning agenda across Operating Units (OUs). Your work will directly contribute to the digital transformation and strategic growth of the organization in the LATAM region._ What You’ll Do for Us - Orchestrate LATAM Digital Priorities in coordination with local and global leaders - Coordinate and prepare for Digital Global routines (Digital Council, Monthly Digital review, Global Community Meetings), ensuring alignment with the LATAM digital agenda. - Lead Global Tiger teams to drive digital initiatives that challenge global processes and requests - Serve as the Digital Pipeline Guardian, overseeing the progress and success of digital projects, maintaining informed all global stakeholders - Accelerate the OUs DAO (Digital Acceleration Office) by implementing a Digital Sponsorship, developing strategic memos and managing OUs dashboards and use cases. - Organize and facilitate LATAM routines, including Monthly Digital Reviews (MDR) and Digital Councils (DC). - Track and report on LATAM digital progress, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Lead communications of progress with key stakeholders (Global Office, Leadership Team, Digital Council) - Design an external Board of Digital Experts by coordinating selection, briefing business needs and ensuring effective connections and materials/communication. - Act as the liaison with Digital Technology Services (DTS) team to ensure alignment and collaboration. - Lead resource allocation prioritization as part of the annual business plan and follow-up on progress Qualifications & Requirements - Fluent English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus - 10 years of professional experience - Excellent System Networking to ensure integration on system processes & connections (LAOU/Global) - Proven experience in digital project management, coordination, or a similar role. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders/projects simultaneously. - Collaboration and Influence: Skilled in building relationships and influencing stakeholders across different levels and functions. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to track progress, analyze data, and provide actionable insights. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for project management and progress tracking.
