Workday Project Coordinator
The ideal candidate will support business operations and development initiatives, coordinate release activities, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.
* Prepare project plans, resource allocation documents, and schedules.
* Gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional designs.
* Perform data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
* Act as a Workday Configuration SME to support business issues and enhancements.
* Review test cases, support UAT, and maintain a knowledge/response catalog.
Must-have skills include Workday Certification (HCM, Compensation, or related module), 5+ years' experience in Workday functional roles, strong Workday configuration and business process setup knowledge, proven experience with business support, enhancement management, and Agile delivery, excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, and exposure to CCB, Studio integrations, and payroll support.
