Skillful Creative Automation Specialist
As a skilled creative automation specialist, you will be at the intersection of creativity and technology. Your mission is to help leading brands scale their creative production using advanced design tools.
You will not only design high-performance templates but also manage onboarding processes, lead training, and act as a strategic partner to our clients. This role combines creative design with project and relationship management, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration and ownership.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design dynamic templates that automate and scale creative production across platforms.
* Translate creative briefs into flexible templates built for performance and brand consistency.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and technical needs.
Client Support & Training
* Owning the onboarding journey for clients from kick-off to rollout.
* Leading hands-on platform training (1:1 and group), empowering clients to create and manage their own campaigns.
* Being a trusted point of contact for questions, support, and adoption guidance throughout the client relationship.
Project & Relationship Management
* Coordinating onboarding and training timelines, managing expectations, and communicating progress clearly with both clients and internal teams.
* Gathering feedback from clients and translating their needs into actionable insights for our product team.
* Ensuring clients are not only satisfied but excited about the value we bring to their creative process.
Innovation & Growth Strategy
* Participating in Cape's LATAM growth story by shaping how creative automation is adopted in the region.
* Helping refine our approach to onboarding and support for large markets like Brazil.
* Collaborating across teams to continuously improve our workflows and tools.
Requirements
* Fluent in English (Portuguese and Spanish are a plus)
* Experience with Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or After Effects.
* Strong communicator and natural presenter (leading client calls regularly).
* Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about automation and smart workflows.
* Great at managing multiple projects and timelines without losing details.
* At least 2 years of experience in design, client success, or creative operations (agency or marketing team background a plus).
* A fast learner who's excited to grow with us across the Americas.
