Affiliate Manager – Online Trading Fully Remote Only$50000 or equivalent local currencyA high-growth, broker-backed prop trading firm is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to scale its global affiliate and influencer network. This is a fully remote role paying the equivalent of around $50,000 USD per annum, with additional performance-based upside.The OpportunityYou will take ownership of building and optimising an international portfolio of affiliates, influencers, content creators, and media partners across key online trading markets. You'll work closely with marketing and leadership to drive new client acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth via performance-led campaigns. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, influencers, content creators, and media partners in the online trading space.Build long-term, commercially focused relationships with high-performing partners.Create and manage affiliate campaigns, promotions, competitions, and incentive schemes to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.Monitor performance, optimise funnels, and ensure KPIs on volume, quality, and ROI are consistently met.Work with internal marketing, design, and content teams to deliver effective assets and messaging for partners.Manage affiliate tracking platforms and reporting, producing clear performance insight and recommendations.Identify and launch new growth opportunities across regions, channels, and platforms. Required BackgroundTo be considered, you must:Have current or recent experience at a prop trading firm, online broker, or similar online trading company (FX, CFDs, crypto, or multi-asset).Bring at least 2 years' experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or partnership management. Demonstrate a strong understanding of performance marketing, digital acquisition, tracking, and optimisation. Show a proven track record in growing or scaling affiliate programs in a trading, crypto, fintech, or prop firm environment. Personal ProfileHighly commercial, data-driven, and focused on results. Confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable managing partner relationships at all levels. Well-organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and partners in a fast-paced, remote setup. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, comfortable operating in a lean, international team.
