The ideal candidate will have experience in creating innovative product designs that meet customer needs and provide superior performance, durability, quality, and serviceability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conceive and develop practical product applications using complex technical principles.

* Prepare concept, design, development, and feasibility studies of complex engineering projects.

* Develop and implement development plans to ensure timely completion of projects.

* Coordinate product tests on current and prototype build designs.

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience in product development.
">
* Desirable knowledge of agricultural products, especially planters.
">
* Additional requirements: GD&T; DFMEA 4th; DVP&R; Fluency in English language; CAD Software (desirable: Pro-engineer); Desirable knowledge in FEA; Desirable knowledge in PMP; DFMA.
