This role focuses on translating the Art Director's vision into unique and compelling designs for our products. Follow up after delivering his/her concepts and designs to ensure alignment from the initial concept to the final asset. Work closely with the Creative Art Lead to support the creative process and translate in-game designs into clear visual assets for campaigns. Partner with production, marketing, and product teams to ensure campaign visuals align with objectives, timelines, and business goals. Participate actively in the Art Team's and the Creative Studio's discussions and reviews to develop new ideas for our projects. Interface with external vendors to collaborate on the development of our projects.Main job requirements: Completed higher education degree in Graphic Design, Game Design, Animation, Marketing, or related fields. Proven experience (5+ years) in game art and/or animation. Excellent command of art principles, including composition, scale, perspective, light, color, and form. Solid knowledge of creative pipelines, campaign production workflows, and collaboration with external partners. Strong use of AI tools to develop in-game and campaign assets with agility. Visual and graphic design skills are highly desirable. Knowledge of 3D software is a plus. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Portuguese (written and spoken), with experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges. Passion for games and a strong understanding of gaming culture and player motivations. Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP (hybrid mode).
