Sales Development Representative
Our organization seeks a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential customers through proactive efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Actively identify and research potential customers through outbound efforts.
* Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and create traction with prospects.
* Proactively respond to inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and events.
* Maintain and update Salesforce with lead and customer data.
* Plan and research to engage prospects through personalized communication and follow-ups.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
* 3-5 years of experience as a BDR with a background in a financial or tech company with a financial focus.
* Strong understanding of the role of Sales and Business Development in the enterprise B2B software industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
