We are hiring a Sales Director to own revenue growth across the West Coast region.This is a senior individual contributor role. You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, managing complex healthcare sales cycles, and closing new business across clinics and health systems. This role requires a true hunter mindset with a strong bias toward outbound activity and new logo acquisitionKey ResponsibilitiesOwn end to end sales execution for the West Coast territory with a focus on new logo acquisition across clinics, hospitals, and health systemsProactively generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, targeted account outreach, events, and referralsSell to a broad set of buyer personas including physicians, clinic operators, department chairs, hospital executives, IT, and finance leadersLead fast moving, results driven sales processes for both private clinic groups and hospital systemsDrive pilots, clinical evaluations, and conversions to commercial agreementsManage and accurately forecast pipeline using CRM toolsCoordinate closely with AISAP’s clinical, product, and customer success teams during evaluations and deploymentsRepresent AISAP at onsite demos, conferences, and executive level meetingsConsistently meet or exceed revenue targetsWhy Join AISAP- AISAP is at an inflection point in its US expansion.
