About the Role
We are seeking a Community Builder and Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, engaging with the tech and startup community, and implementing social selling strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in the creation of a strategic plan for our client base
* Engage actively in the global tech and startup community to represent our brand and establish a strong network
* Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure customer success
* Acquire employers searching for tech talent and onboard them to our platform
* Generate leads through proactive outreach and sales efforts
Requirements
1. Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar roles
2. A robust network in the HR/Recruiting industry
3. Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
4. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and exceptional analytical skills
5. The ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
6. A keen sense of identifying business opportunities and market gaps
7. A long-term ambition to grow with our organization and expand our client base
8. A flair for sales and negotiation
9. An understanding of Recruitment principles
10. A LinkedIn account
11. Strong communication skills and a personable approach
