Job Title:
The ideal candidate for this role is a highly skilled Product Management professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Description:
This position involves owning the Kanban board, organizing tasks, and ensuring priorities are clear. The successful candidate will communicate risks, issues, blockers, and quality concerns to the Product Manager and relevant team members. They will also review and write descriptions for tasks about new features, improvements, and bug fixes, ensuring problems are well explained and solutions are testable and aligned with product goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the Kanban board: organize tasks, ensure priorities are clear and understand what is stopping us from maintaining our task flow to hit our deployment goals.
* Review and write descriptions for tasks about new features, improvements and bug fixes.
* Validate outcomes, not just output: after new features or fixes go live, verify whether they truly solved the original problem and improved the targeted user or business metrics.
Qualifications:
* Strong skills in Product Management and Business Analysis to define and evaluate product requirements effectively.
* Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with Software Development processes and tools to coordinate effectively with technical teams.
* Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and manage multiple priorities.
