We invite skilled electricians to participate in a groundbreaking research project. This opportunity will allow you to contribute to the advancement of human-centered AI technology while maintaining your regular routine.
About the Project
This initiative is part of the Common Lives Project, which aims to collect data on real-world activities using AI-powered systems. As an electrician, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of this technology.
Your Responsibilities
 * Record daily activities for 5 consecutive days within a 2-week period using a head-mounted camera provided by us.
 * Capture a minimum of 7 hours of footage each day, with flexibility to take breaks and pause the recording as needed.
Requirements
 * No children or visitors under 18 years old should be present during the recording period.
 * All adults in the household must be fluent English speakers and consent to being recorded.
 * The household should have a private, self-contained apartment, building, or indoor work environment.
Participant Requirements
 * You must work indoors in non-customer-facing roles (e.g., not retail or child care).
 * Participants who share the same workplace or household should both wear a GoPro during the activity.
 * Preferrably engaged in manual or creative work (e.g., chef, baker, artist, carpenter, musician, electrician, mechanic).
 * Must be self-employed or have employer consent to record in the work environment.
