Refining regional strategies, mentoring talent, and securing strategic partnerships with mobile-first enterprise customers in a high-growth, SaaS-driven environment.What You’ll DoDefine and execute go-to-market strategies based on regional commercial and product needsLead and coach a team of sellers to achieve and exceed individual and team quotasDrive growth in a full book of business that includes new logo acquisition, Upsells and Renewals across verticals and Segments, managing complex sales cycles and strategic dealsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SDR, Legal, Partner Development, and Customer SuccessConduct weekly pipeline reviews, deliver accurate forecasts, and support team members through the funnelInfluence product development with insights from the LATAM region and customer needsContribute to continual process improvements and knowledge sharing within the sales leadership teamWhat You HaveNative Portuguese or Spanish and fluent English7+ years of SaaS/AdTech sales experience with strong results in new customer acquisition, customer retention, Upsells and Renewals, securing NRR and GRR resultsProven experience with working with Customer Success teamsProven success in managing and growing >$20M book of business5+ years of experience managing or leading high-performing sales teamsDeep understanding of the mobile advertising and marketing technology ecosystemAbility to coach, develop, and elevate sales professionals at all levelsProven success in managing enterprise-level sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersStrong communication, negotiation, and forecasting skillsExperience with Salesforce and working across global teamsWillingness to travel as needed to support business development initiativesBonus PointsIntroduced by an AppsFlyer team memberWhy Join Us?AppsFlyer is a global company with 20 offices worldwide.
