Key Account Advocate
This role entails blending client relationships, data-driven performance management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless operations from onboarding to ongoing optimization.
* Establish strong ties as the primary point of contact for each clinic client.
* Maintain open communication channels via regular calls, emails, and texts, keeping clients informed ahead of time.
* Provide clear updates on campaign performance, future steps, and upcoming enhancements.
* Foster trust through responsiveness, proactivity, and transparency.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in sales or lead generation, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable decisions. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and comfort working with multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
