Requirements:

10. 10+ years experience building production web apps

11. Strong in React and TypeScript

12. Solid backend skills in Rails and relational databases

13. Experience designing clean, scalable APIs and data flows

14. Strong understanding of performance optimization

15. A willingness to test new tools and push us forward

16. Clean communicator, especially in async environments
