The primary function of the Legal Support Specialist is to provide administrative assistance to attorneys, focusing on supporting case management, document preparation, and communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Perform research to ensure accuracy in document drafting.
 * Organize and maintain client files, documents, and records.
 * Communicate with clients to gather information and update them on cases.
 * Manage calendars, coordinate logistics, and perform various clerical tasks.
 * Assist attorneys in preparing for court hearings by organizing documents and coordinating procedures.
Requirements:
 * At least one year of relevant experience or a related degree.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
 * Strong organizational and time management skills.
 * Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred Skills:
 * Proficiency in English language (mandatory)
 * Portuguese language skills are highly desirable.
