Account Growth Specialist
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth. To achieve this goal, you will need to develop and implement account plans that meet customer satisfaction and retention objectives.
* Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts to ensure their needs are met and they remain satisfied.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within these customer accounts to increase revenue.
* Conduct regular account reviews to provide customers with valuable insights and actionable advice.
* Collaborate closely with other departments to support customer success and expand the scope of services offered.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales roles, preferably within the software industry, and experience with extended sales cycles, requests for proposals, and public tenders.
