We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead the development of data-driven marketing and personalization strategies. As a Data Analyst/Scientist, you will be instrumental in shaping our business by leveraging robust models that inform customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and optimize customer segmentation models using clustering algorithms (e.g., k-means, DBSCAN, hierarchical clustering) to identify actionable buying groups within Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale buying group frameworks enhancing personalization, targeting, and campaign performance.
* Integrate advanced models and segmentation logic into CDPs such as Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar platforms.
* Apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems related to customer behavior, churn prediction, lookalike modeling, and RFM analysis.
* Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects from ideation through deployment and performance monitoring.
