Job Title: Experienced Scrum Master for Agile Delivery
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for our Salesforce Commerce Cloud teams. This role focuses on facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, and retrospectives.
* The ideal candidate will have strong eCommerce domain expertise, be able to effectively coach cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 8+ years in Agile delivery
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
