Business Growth Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Business Growth Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute outreach campaigns using email, phone calls, and social media to identify potential clients and industries to target.
* Schedule and conduct virtual discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. You will also work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handoff and excellent client onboarding experience.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively engage prospects and close deals. You should have a proven track record of success in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role, with a focus on professional services, accounting, or finance being preferred.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone or video call.
* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
* Able to research and identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop targeted outreach strategies.
* Remote Work Experience: Previous success in a remote role, with the ability to manage time, priorities, and communication effectively without direct supervision.
* Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and pipelines.
* Existing network of potential clients is a plus.

System Requirements:
* At least 20mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup.
* A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup.
* Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption.
* A webcam.
* Noise-canceling USB Headset.
* Quiet, Dedicated Home Office.
