Own the creative execution of Sweetflexx’s email and static ads. You’ll create designs that don’t just look good—they perform. You’ll be at the center of our marketing efforts, building assets that help us grow, convert, and inspire.

As the Senior Designer, you will spearhead our visual design of our email campaigns as well as our performance creative. Your contributions will be instrumental in the success of our performance creative and driving long‑term customer engagement and loyalty. What You’ll Do
Design Performance Creative – Create scroll‑stopping ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Applovin, and other platforms.
Email Design – Design Klaviyo emails, flows, and newsletters that actually convert.
A/B Testing & Iteration – Work with the Creative Director, Email and Paid Media Strategist to test variations, analyze data, and refine your designs to perform better over time.
Collaborate with Teams – Work with marketing and content to align design with message and goals.
Creative Ideation – Bring ideas to the table for new ads.
Misc Design Needs – Photo editing, landing pages, website graphics, social visuals, packaging tweaks, and more.
Stay Sharp – Keep up with design, email, and ad trends so we’re always one step ahead.
Your Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in performance creative design for D2C eCommerce brands or agencies.
Proven work with Meta/Instagram ad creatives.
Proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite.
A strong portfolio that includes ad creative and email design work.
Comfort in a fast‑paced, data‑informed environment.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
It Would Be a Plus If You Also Had:
Copywriting skills is a HUGE plus.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
Worked with fashion, wellness, or fitness brands.
Direct response marketing experience.
