Your work will have a significant impact on our sales across various platforms, with immediate feedback from millions of impressions monthly.
Responsibilities:
* Transform raw footage and user-generated content into persuasive short-form ads (15-90 seconds) that drive conversions.
* Develop attention-grabbing hooks that stop viewers within the first 3 seconds (pattern interrupts, bold claims, visual glitches).
* Implement engagement drivers: kinetic typography, callout graphics, progress bars, and emoji reactions.
* Optimize ad pacing for platform algorithms (Meta 9:16, YouTube Shorts).
* A/B test visual approaches based on performance data.
Requirements:
* Strong level of fluent English fluency (hard requirement).
* 2+ years editing experience for direct-to-consumer/eCommerce brands in the beauty, health, or supplements industry.
* Portfolio showcasing direct response ads that drove conversions.
* Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + After Effects.
* Deep understanding of Meta/YouTube Shorts specs and algorithm-friendly editing patterns.
* Native fluency with user-generated content aesthetics versus polished brand content.
* Proven ability to produce high-quality ads under tight deadlines.
