Remote Java Developer Wanted
We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Java Developer in our remote project in Brazil. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex applications using Java.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and proficiency in latest editions of Java, including Spring Boot
* Strong knowledge of AWS, Microservices architecture, and design patterns
* Containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
* Frontend technologies like React.js or Angular (plus)
* NodeJs and PostgreSQL database (plus)
* Solid grasp of security best practices related to APIs and data privacy
* Agile/Scrum methodologies and commitment to driving Agile practices within the team
* DevOps practices involving configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, Gitflow, IaC, deployment patterns among others
* Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing challenges
* Proficiency in English
