Job Title: Agile Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitation & Coordination: Lead major program events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt). Ensure program-level cadence and manage the ART calendar.
* Coaching & Mentoring: Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Risk & Impediment Management: Identify, track, and resolve impediments and risks. Escalate critical issues to leadership when needed.
* Flow & Value Optimization: Optimize the flow of value across the ART. Help manage dependencies and architectural runway.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent facilitation and coordination skills.
* Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
* Able to identify and resolve risks and impediments.
* Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
* JIRA knowledge is essential.
