Job Title: Electrical VDC Team Lead
* Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of Electrical BIM models across all project stages.
* Manage and guide the Electrical BIM team by providing technical support, quality checks, and mentorship.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model coordination and clash-free deliverables.
BIM Technologies: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Clash detection software.
Key Responsibilities: Regular model audits, data checks, quality control reviews, BIM-related documentation preparation, model execution plans, progress reports, schedules, and technical presentations.
Preferred Skills: U.S. construction practices, NEC codes, electrical engineering principles, developing BIM standards, workflows, and templates for electrical systems, prior experience working on Data Centers.
