About the role This is a LATAM leadership position with real impact. You'll play a key role in shaping company culture, improving employee engagement, and supporting business goals — while restructuring and leading HR end-to-end.
What you'll do
* Lead Recruitment & Selection (end-to-end)
* Strengthen employee relations and organizational climate
* Build and run performance management (processes + evaluation metrics)
* Drive training & development
* Manage benefits administration
* Ensure labor law compliance across all countries where we operate
What we're looking for
* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
* 5+ years of HR leadership experience with strong LATAM exposure
* Hands-on experience implementing HR processes across multiple countries
* Proven end-to-end hiring leadership in Mexico and Brazil (mandatory, no exceptions)
* Strong project management skills: able to run multiple initiatives and handle competing priorities
