Learning Delivery Management Specialist
This role involves providing crucial support to customers in Frankfurt, part of the Operations team. The Learning Delivery Management Specialist will report directly to the Training Operations Manager and be the primary point of contact for local stakeholders, coordinating training sessions.
* Analyze client training needs and determine session requirements based on their expectations and availability.
* Initiate and manage session requests for creation, modification, completion, and cancellation to ensure seamless delivery.
* Organize and oversee the execution of training sessions according to trainees' expectations and schedules.
* Collaborate with the Indian team for any changes or updates in training events.
* Support training activity completion by following up on attendance and invoicing if necessary.
* Maintain workflow and processes using a CRM tool to streamline operations.
Experience & Skill Requirements
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management or operations is required.
* International work environment exposure is essential.
* A high-level understanding of the training landscape is vital.
* A customer service-oriented approach is necessary to succeed in this role.
* The ability to work as part of a team is crucial.
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized with prioritization capabilities are essential.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM system is mandatory.
* Familiarity with Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage.
* Fluency in English is a must.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint is required.
* Clear and concise communication skills are essential for success in this role.
