Transform Patient Care as a Founding Product Designer
This is a high-impact opportunity to influence product design, workflow logic, and the client's overall mission from day one. You will have a foundational role in shaping the product from concept to prototype, helping bring to life a tool that will transform how doctors communicate with each other and with patients, thus improving the patient experience.
As a key member of the founding team, you'll work closely with real users (doctors) to solve meaningful problems in patient care. This is an opportunity to set the design foundation for future hires and product scale-up.
You'll collaborate directly with the client's founders (clinicians) to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals. Translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. Lead founders through the end-to-end product design process — from research through prototyping.
Your expertise will be crucial in building the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries. You'll also iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you'll need 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes. Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc., is essential. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders, are also required.
Bonus points will be awarded for having engineering experience developing SaaS applications, knowledge of design for communication tools or messaging apps, and experience working with healthcare-related platforms.
This role offers direct influence over user experience and product decisions. You'll be part of the ground floor team, shaping the core product experience and setting the tone for future growth.
