Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage existing client relationships within assigned territories.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster account growth.
* Acquire new key accounts within assigned territories.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages.
