**Overview**: This posting is for a scrum master / project manager who will work within the Digital Web space and report up through our client Enterprise PMO. Responsibilities include facilitation of agile scrum process, coaching team members as needed, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, and leading the team through successful delivery of work. In addition those core scrum master responsibilities, this person will be responsible for release management, ensuring our client SDLC delivery processes and controls are met, financials management including forecasting and project server plan maintenance, and stakeholder status communications.
**Essential Functions**:
- Servant leader facilitating agile process and ensuring business outcomes are efficiently achieved
- Monitor progress of deliverables, quality, proactively identifying risks, issues and escalation as needed with appropriate leadership
- Ensure our client delivery process standards and controls are met
- Follow our client release management process to schedule and manage code releases
- Create and maintain plan in MS Project Server; includes budget & forecasting, accruals, invoice mapping, and ensuring resources have appropriate time tracking buckets setup to bill time. Project Server is our core resource planning and financial management tool.
- Partner with functional resource managers to ensure work efforts are effectively resourced
- Manage project documentation following our client standards (i.e. Team Working Agreement, Detailed Design Documentation, Test Plan & Results, Status Reporting, Risks, Issues, Decisions)
**Knowledge, Skill & Competency Requirements**:
- Broad delivery management knowledge and experience spanning waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated agile coaching skillset building high performing teams
- Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Project Server (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to optimize team usage of board management tools (IE: Jira, Polarion)
- Proficiency with formal techniques on risk management
- Experience managing code releases
- ServiceNow experience (for documentation approvals and release management)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
**Education & Experience**:
- English: advanced or fluent
- 5+ years of IT delivery management experience
- PMP certification or other formal project management training preferred (PSPO,CSPO, etc)
