Business Growth Manager
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced business professional with a background in the travel industry, to manage long-term commercial relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead existing clients within assigned territories to drive revenue growth.
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
* Identify and acquire new key accounts within assigned territories to expand customer base.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance revenue streams.
* Prepare detailed reports on account performance and sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
* Collaborate with product development teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries.
* Commercially sound knowledge of business models, including B2B, new business segments, and markets.
* Project management skills to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
