Role Overview
This role involves end-to-end instructional design and development of Virtual Instructor-Led (VILT), Instructor-Led (ILT), and Online Learning (OLT/e Learning) programs. You’ll manage the full lifecycle — from defining learning objectives and outlining content to collaborating with SMEs and delivering high-quality courses.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver ILTs, VILTs, and OLTs.
Create engaging, learner-centric materials using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond. Lead training design discussions and collaborate closely with clients.
Ensure learning outcomes align with business goals and quality standards.
Manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced, remote, global environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience designing and developing ILTs, VILTs, and OLTs.
Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and align with US business hours.
Desired Experience
Experience in large-scale global learning engagements.
Background in scaling teams and managing multiple project phases.
Minimum 3 years of ID experience.
Engagement Duration: 3 to 18 months (depending on project scope)
